Old Zion’s Carol Sing is an annual celebration. The beloved elements of the event remain the same: music, candlelight, carolers, an historic setting and lots of Christmas Spirit.

Saturday, December 12, Old Zion Church will host carol sings at 2 PM and 4:30 PM. The 1813 historic church building remains the same. At 2 PM enjoy daylight streaming through the wavy glass panes, while at 4:30 PM dusk and candlelight add a magical mix. Re. Tim and Kim Craven, a guitar and bass folk music duo, will lead the sing and share seasonal musical performances.

There are a few important details to remember. Old Zion is without heat and electricity. Please dress warmly and bring a flashlight for the walk from the car and to illuminate your song sheet.

In addition, our weather policy states that the Carol Sing will be canceled in the event of snow or ice on the ground. The grass parking area is not able to be plowed. Check for clarifications and updates.
